One in-house team
Helpdesk, infrastructure, networking and software are all us. There is no subcontractor to be transferred to and no gap between suppliers for a problem to live in.
Infrastructure we own
We host in the UK on hardware we operate ourselves. When you ask where your data is and who can reach it, we can answer precisely rather than passing the question up a chain of resellers.
Software we run ourselves
The Wrangler platforms and Beer Fest Apps are ours — designed, built, hosted and supported here, live at venues, festivals, clubs and offices across the UK. Our development capability is not a claim, it is a running system you can go and look at.
Birmingham-based, UK-wide
We are in Hall Green, Birmingham, and our engineers travel across the UK. Close enough to be on site when it matters, which for events and hardware failures is most of the time.
