Who we are
Asptech IT Solutions Limited is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Our registered office is Kings Court, 17 School Road, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 8JG.
What we collect
When you use the callback form on this site we collect the name, phone number and — if you choose to give them — the email address, company name and message you enter. We also record the IP address the request came from, which is used only to limit automated abuse of the form.
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and the site does not set cookies. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than from a third party.
How we use it
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to provide the services you have asked for. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal information.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us — or, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Who we share it with
Callback requests are delivered into Freshdesk, the helpdesk system we use to manage enquiries and support. Freshdesk processes that information on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
We may otherwise disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only for as long as they are useful for following up, and are then deleted. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as we provide services to you, and afterwards for as long as we are legally required to retain them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
