Beer Fest Apps is festival software built, hosted and supported by Asptech. It gives attendees a live beer list with tasting notes and voting, and gives organisers an accurate picture of what has sold out and what is winning.
A printed beer list is out of date by the second session. Attendees spend the afternoon walking to a bar to find out something has gone, and organisers spend it updating a whiteboard.
It is built for the way beer festivals genuinely run, because we have run the IT at enough of them. It pairs naturally with Ticket Wrangler and with our event IT and power, so a festival can take the whole thing from one supplier.
