Room Wrangler is a booking and availability platform built, hosted and supported by Asptech. It manages rooms, halls and spaces of any size — who has booked what, when it is free, and what it should be billed at.
Anyone who lets out space ends up running the same system: a shared calendar, a spreadsheet of rates, and one person who knows how it all really works. It functions until they are on holiday and a room is double-booked.
It runs on our own UK infrastructure and is supported by the team who wrote it.
