Ticket Wrangler is an event ticketing platform built, hosted and supported by Asptech. It sells tickets under your own branding, charges fees that are not a percentage-of-everything, and gives you your customer data rather than keeping it.
Most ticketing platforms take a cut, put their own brand in front of yours, and treat the resulting customer list as their asset rather than yours. For an event that has spent years building an audience, that last part is the expensive one.
It handles the operational side too — allocations, entry scanning on the gate, and reporting during the event rather than a week afterwards. We host it, we support it, and we are frequently on site while it runs.
