Visitor Wrangler is a visitor sign-in system built, hosted and supported by Asptech. It records who is on site, notifies the person they have come to see, and produces the evacuation list you need the moment the alarm goes.
The paper visitor book fails at exactly the moment it matters. In an evacuation you need to know who is in the building right now, and a book left on a desk inside that building is no help at all. It is also, in the age of data protection, a list of everyone's details visible to everyone who signs in after them.
Contractors, inductions and site-specific requirements are handled in the same flow, so the paperwork happens before someone walks onto the floor rather than afterwards.
