- How far in advance do you need to know?
- The earlier the better, particularly where a line has to be installed or generators booked. That said, we are used to short notice — tell us the date and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
- Do you stay on site during the event?
- Yes. Infrastructure that nobody is watching is infrastructure that fails at the worst moment. Being there is the difference between a two-minute fix and a headline.
