- Can you cover one member of staff rather than the whole department?
- Yes. Short-term cover for holiday, sickness or a gap between hires is one of the most common things we do. We pick up the day-to-day work, hand back cleanly, and leave documentation behind either way.
- Do you work on site or only remotely?
- Both. Most day-to-day work is resolved remotely because it is faster, but we send engineers on site across the UK when the job needs hands on hardware — installs, moves, failures and anything physical.
- What happens if we already have an IT person?
- We work alongside them. Plenty of our clients have one internal person who handles users and wants a team behind them for servers, security, out-of-hours and the projects that need more than one pair of hands.
