Microsoft 365 is straightforward to buy and easy to leave badly configured. A default tenant is not a secure tenant: multi-factor authentication is often off, legacy authentication is often on, sharing is wide open, and mailbox auditing is nobody's job. Most of the incidents we are called about start there.
Licensing is worth a conversation on its own. Tenants routinely carry licences for people who left, or sit on a plan that costs more than the one that would suit them better. We will tell you which.

Common questions
- Can you migrate us without downtime?
- Mail migrations are planned so that the cutover happens outside working hours and mail keeps flowing throughout. We tell you honestly what the users will notice.
- Should everything move to the cloud?
- Not necessarily. Mail almost always should. Files depend on how you work and how big they are. We will tell you where a hybrid setup is the better answer.
