Asptech provides UK-based hosting for websites, applications, virtual machines, data and physical equipment. The infrastructure is ours, located in the UK, and supported by the same in-house team that answers the helpdesk.
Most hosting is a reseller arrangement two or three layers deep, which is why nobody can tell you what actually went wrong. Ours is not. We own the hardware, we run it, and when something needs attention it is our engineers who deal with it.
Hosting comes with the same support as everything else we do. There is no separate ticket system, no different team, and no argument about whether a problem is a hosting problem or an application problem.

- The same team that runs the infrastructure answers the support call. There is no separate hosting desk to be transferred to.
