Asptech provides UK-hosted VoIP telephony: a hosted PBX with DDI numbers in UK landline area codes, so calls work from the office, from home and from a mobile without changing the number anyone dials.
Traditional phone systems tie you to a building and to a box on a wall that eventually stops being supported. Hosted VoIP moves the system into UK infrastructure we run, so the number follows the person rather than the desk.
We handle porting existing numbers, configuring call flows and hunt groups, supplying handsets or softphones, and supporting all of it. Where we also supply the line, call quality is our problem end to end.

- In almost all cases, yes. Porting is a standard process and we manage it, including the timing so that no calls are lost during the switch.
- Will call quality be good enough?
- On a properly specified line, yes. Quality problems are nearly always the connectivity underneath rather than VoIP itself, which is one reason we prefer to supply both.
